Melissa Fitzsimons is a Kinesiologist, educator and holistic health practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, helping people restore balance through energy-based therapies.
As the co-creator and educator of the Biofrequency Kinesiology 9-Month Practitioner Course, Melissa is passionate about empowering others with practical skills that integrate traditional kinesiology with modern frequency-based techniques. Her approach combines the wisdom of the body’s energy systems—including the meridians, chakras and aura—to support physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
