When your body is in balance then your immune system will be strong. If you are under a lot of stress, either emotional, mental or physical, then this will lower your immune system. I believe that stress plays a huge role in how healthy you are. You can take all the supplement you like and all the good food, but if you can’t reduce your stress and take time for yourself, then your body will end up letting you know about it with illness or pain.
